3. Purpose of processing your personal data
When booking a stay at Myrhøj Camping Aps or Løgstør Camping, you provide the following information

Email address
We use your name in our system to be able to book a room for you. When you arrive at the hotel, we will be able to show you to your requested cabin/pitch by stating your name.
We register your phone number and email address so that we can communicate with you regarding your reservation. We also use your address and email if we need to send you an invoice, or if we send out newsletters.
4. Storage / deletion of your personal data
Your personal data is stored in our online booking system, Camping Care. We do not delete your information from our system, as it is used for future bookings. Should you wish to have your data deleted from our records, you are most welcome to contact our data controller, and your information will subsequently be deleted from our records.
Løgstør Camping is a pleasant campsite in beautiful natural surroundings, with excellent opportunities to experience the mussel town of Løgstør, which has much to offer.

Instead of fixed opening hours at reception, we have chosen to use our time on the grounds and strive to be on the grounds during the times when we are most needed.
